The good work of the Alliance is carried out by volunteers in the Capital Region and in Tula. In the Capital Region, volunteers are welcome to become active. We have no membership structure. All you have to do to get involved is put your hand up. If you have a particular area of interest, or an idea you’d like to propose, we’d loved to hear from you!
